1) What are the typical dimensions of the parts to be manufactured by the OEM division?
For what regards bar machining, parts from 8 mm bore to size 73 are turnable; forged parts can be supplied in the weight range from 20 g to 4 kg.
The available resources are multispindle lathes Gildemeister, Shuette, Mory Say and Index, CNC universal lathes Gital, forging presses Mecolpress and Hydromec, transfer machines Gnutti and Sala.

2) What alloys are in use?
For customized products we have deep experience with brass alloys CW614-CW617 and with dezincing-resistant alloy CW602. We commonly manufacture alloy CW510-CW511 (lead-free), bronze CuSn5Zn5Pb5 and free-cutting steel 11SMnPb37.
