Brass pressfittings system

TURBO PRESS RBB is a patented press fittings system, very easy to use and quick to install. It's made up of a multilayer pipe, cross linked polyethylene "C" type (by means of electronic radiation) and 99,9% inner aluminium co-extrusioned layers (PE-Xc/Al/PE-Xc) bonded with a high resistant adhesive.
. Brass fittings with integrated hose tail have, in specific areas, two ageing-resistant and leak-proof EPDM rings, which can stand high-pressure and high temperature ensuring hydraulic tightness.
. Pipes and fi ttings are assembled by means of electro-mechanical pressing tools which cause a standing deformation to the outer stainless steel AISI 304 bushing and guarantee therefore a perfect union between the two.
A multilayer pipe is a really good alternative to only-plastic and only-metallic pipes, normally used in installation systems. A two different material combination provides all the advantages of both plastic and metal:

• It can work at a constant 95° C temperature by 10 bar

• Noiseless: the inner plastic fi lm makes it noise-proof
